It's true, you do need to study at university for many of the jobs in health; and it does cost money.
BUT there are scholarships out there that you can apply for to help you out.
There are loads out there, but you need to meet the scholarship providers half way and do your research; on the internet, or by talking to your guidance counsellor at school.
Most scholarships close in August for students studying the following year, so if you are up for it, get cracking!
Here's a sample to help you out — it can be a bit confusing but stick with it, it will be worth it if you are successful.
